Can you take the Drug and Alcohol Test for Florida Permit earlier?

I know you have to be 15 yrs old to take the Florida DMV Permit test, but are you allowed to take the Drug and Alcohol test a little bit earlier. Or do you have to wait until your 15 also?|||nope, you can have it earlier
