How do you get the Florida Title and Tag department on the phone?

I am trying to get in touch with the state of Florida DMV in order to clear up a title question. Anyone have any know-how on getting in touch with them? I've spent about two hours on hold and can't get a live person on the line with the number given on the site.|||look in the government section in the phone book. you may have to go in person|||You will not be able to talk with an actual Living Breathing Person in any State in the US. All you will ever get is a Computer. You will have to go physically to the DMV office to talk with them.
