Recieved letter from DMV Florida. Wants to charge me a second sentence on same charges. Is this legal?

No,

you can't be sentenced twice for the same charge.|||Admin Revoke. Is that above the criminal charges at the Court House?

|||If what you state is 100% true, then no, it is not. However, that is not likely the case.

A common letter that you may have received is that you have accumulated x points against your license and as such your license will be suspended. This is not in addition to the sentance you received.

As driving is a privelege, not a right your license can be admin istratively suspended or revoked.
