DMV Florida Drug Alcohol Traffic Awareness Question?

When i went to the DMV they said i need to take the DATA class. They also said it was free and online. So i went to do that and it's $29.95. So whats up with that? Everybody in the DMV said it was free now it's 30$? Is it really free and I'm just looking at the wrong website. Or do i have to pay 30$?|||Maybe you went to the wrong place.
