Here's the situation:
An individual gets a speeding ticket and is sent to 4 hours driving school. This individual has a certificate of completion (the 4 hours driving class) from a previous ticket. So he changes the info on the old certificate and makes it current. He takes it to the County Clerk, and they just "Approve" it with a stamp and give the certificate back to this individual.
So my question is, is it really that simple to fool the County Clerk and the DMV of Florida?|||You may have fooled a clerk; however, the DMV is contacted directly by the school, as they are required to report who has--or has not--attended.
So the "individual" will get caught.|||Is this 'individual' you?
In answer to your question, maybe yes.
