Contact your county Supervisor of Elections (see link to all 67 counties below) and ask them.
Do it soon! Depending on upcoming local elections (and the January 29th Primary Election), registration books in Florida close 29 days prior to election day.
If DMV failed to register you (and they often do . . . we have no control over what DMV does/doesn't do) there might still be time before the next election.
