I have my learner's permit. I went through driver's ed in high school. I believe someone told me it won't cost anything to get my complete license, is this true? i took the drug and alcohol test, a written test, and a driving test. do i have to do all these things again? and do i have to pay more money?|||Yes. $48 to get the license.
