When a fee is paid to Florida DMV where does that money go?

Pay $75.25 for a car previously registered in Florida; an additional $2.50 is charged if you need a paper title and $2 should you need to record a lien. Other fees apply if it鈥檚 from another state. Expedited service is available at some locations for $10 extra.

Is there a listing of where i can see totals (state wide) for specific fees paid to dmv... I also want to know what they use the money collected from certain fees for.

Thanks|||Specialty plate fees go to the organization sponsoring the plates. http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/SpecPlateRev.鈥?/a> will give you those figures.

As to other fees:

http://www.flhsmv.gov/html/revpub/revpub鈥?/a>|||probably in their pockets like all the other taxes people pay in.|||thats a full time job/get elected to fl legislature and check it out/goes to general fund for the state/tell the next fl state trooper that pulls you over "i pay your salary"that will show him who is boss
